Balconies, lanais, and patios are not to be used as storage areas. The only items allowed on these areas are outdoor furniture. It will be the responsibility of the owner to maintain these items.

No laundry drying equipment or clothesline shall be erected or used outdoors whether attached to the buildings or otherwise. No garments, towels, rugs, or other objects shall be hung over the side of balconies, patios, etc. This includes balcony railings in common areas.

Area rugs are not to be shaken from balconies, nor is anything to be thrown or dumped from balconies. Cleaning of balconies, lanais, and patios must be accomplished in a manner that prevents water or other liquids from flowing to a unit below.

Balconies, lanais, and patios may not be used as a dog run or a pen for any pets. No modification or alteration is permitted in any way to the structure or appearance of any balcony, lanai, or patio. Balconies, lanais, and patios are to be kept clean, in neat condition, free of debris, and refuse at all times.
