Pool Rules
The pool is an amenity offered only to residents and their guests. Pool hours are 9 am – 10 pm. Swimming at night, until 10 pm, is only permitted when using the pool light.
No children under 16 years of age shall be allowed unless accompanied by parent, adult guardian, or adult owner.
The Board of Directors can, at any time, ask any non-resident of Tropicana Club to leave the pool area immediately.
Swim at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty.
Children who are in diapers or not completely toilet trained must have proper swim attire (swim diapers) on at all times while in pool area.
No jumping from pool coping and sides. No running, jumping or diving, rough playing, horse play, ball throwing in or around pool area is allowed at any time.
Rafts, floating devices, and other items are permitted but must be taken home when leaving. Items left behind in the pool area will be disposed of.
Suntan lotions or creams are very damaging to the pool filtering system. Please remove before entering the pool and instruct any guest to do so as well.
No glassware, either glasses or bottles, may be taken to, or used, in the pool area.
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
Insurance regulations require that the pool gate be closed and locked at all times. Do not prop the gate open.
In the event a unit owner/lessee’s key is lost, a replacement fee of $35 will be charged.
