Noise

zwKzKPanzffdlmGM.pngFlorida law says owners are entitled to the "quiet enjoyment" of their unit.  The law defines a nuisance as anything that annoys or disturbs someone while using and enjoying their property or that makes it uncomfortable to live in there.

With this in mind, no unit owner or occupants shall make or permit any disturbing noises to be made in the buildings or on Association property by themselves, family, friends, or other invitees; nor do or permit anything to be done by such persons that would interfere with the rights, comfort, or convenience of other owners or occupants.

The volume of any musical instrument, radio, stereo, TV or other noise producing item shall be kept at a minimum and lowered between the hours of 11:00 pm and the following 8:00 am.

Please be respectful of the rights of our fellow residents at Tropicana Club and keep the noise at a minimum.
