Drones

No drones or aerial devices, such as motorized planes, as defined by Florida Statutes Section 934.50, will be allowed to fly or otherwise be used within the boundaries of the Association property, except those contracted by the Association in the normal course of its business, without prior written approval of the Board of Directors.

The Board may adopt further rules and regulations on drones, including when such use may be approved and a location for receiving deliveries, if any.
